📅 Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange.

📦 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:
✅ Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
✅ Items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.
✅ Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

  • 🎴 Trading Card Games (TCGs)
  • 🚨 Sale & Clearance Items
  • 📦 Special Orders & Custom Items
  • 💄 Opened Skincare or Perishable Goods

For the safety and fairness of all customers, the following items are final sale:

🎁 Gifts

If you received an item marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you:
✨ A gift credit will be issued for the value of the return.
✨ Once we receive your return, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the order was not marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent back to the original purchaser.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of your refund status.
✔️ Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

💰 Late or Missing Refunds

Still waiting for your refund? Follow these steps:

2️⃣ Contact your credit card company—refunds may take time to process.
3️⃣ Reach out to your bank—processing delays are common.

📦 Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If your item arrived damaged:
📸 Contact us with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
📧 Email us at contact@lunahobbystore.com for next steps.

🚚 Return Shipping

🔹 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
🔹 If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
🔹 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
🔹 Luna Hobby Store is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
