A: Your gift will be wrapped in premium gift paper, and depending on the occasion, we may add ribbons, stickers, or decorative accents to make it extra special. If you select multiple items, they may be wrapped together or individually based on your preference.
A: Yes! We offer a free handwritten message option. Just add your message in the order notes, and we’ll include a gift card with your package.
A: No, all gift-wrapped items are sent without pricing information in the package, so the recipient won’t see the cost.
A: Yes! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout, and we’ll send the beautifully wrapped package directly to them.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We carefully pack and ship all orders from Orange County, California! Below, you’ll find details about our shipping policies and delivery timelines.
A: We ship from Southern California.
A: Not at this time. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

– Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days.
– Expedited options are available at checkout.
A: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We also offer free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax).

📦 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not right, check out our return and exchange policies below.
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange.
A: To qualify for a return:
✅ Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
✅ Items damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.
A: Yes, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

A: If the order was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you:
✨ You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
✨ Once your return is processed, we’ll send you a gift certificate.
If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
✔️ Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
❌ Shipping fees are non-refundable.
A: We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If your item arrived damaged:

A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Looking for something that’s not in stock? We can place a special order just for you! Here’s how it works.
1️⃣ Email Us – Send an email to 📩 contact@lunahobbystore.com with the item name, description (if needed), and quantity.
2️⃣ Stock & Shipping Info – We’ll check if the item is 📦 in stock or 🕰 on backorder. If available, we’ll send you a shipping quote and options.
3️⃣ Payment & Processing – Once you confirm and make the payment 💳, we’ll pack your order and ship it within 🚀 3 business days.
4️⃣ Shipping Confirmation – We’ll send you a 📬 tracking email when your package ships.
⏳ Longer Processing Time: Special orders may take longer to arrive. We’ll keep you updated!
📌 Backorders: If your item is backordered, we’ll provide an estimated restock date.
🚫 Final Sale: Special orders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once paid—unless we cannot fulfill the order.
📷 Damaged Items: If anything arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
